Criminal Trespass Notice Appeal Form

This form is used by individuals who have received a criminal trespass notice issued by the George Mason University Police Department and wish to appeal the notice to the Chief of Police pursuant to George Mason University Policy 1132. The appeal process provides an opportunity for the individual to request review of the trespass notice and provide information supporting why the notice should be modified or rescinded. Submission of this appeal does not automatically suspend or invalidate the criminal trespass notice unless otherwise directed by the Chief of Police or designee.
