Annual Security and Fire Safety Report Request

This form is used for requesting a free hard-copy of the latest Annual Security and Fire Safety Report. Your request will be processed within two university business days and shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for delivery. If you would like a free hard-copy of the report sooner, and are in the Fairfax, VA area, a report may be obtained from our Records Office or Communications Center located in the front lobby area of the Department of Police & Public Safety Headquarters (accessed from University Drive, in front of the Rappahannock River Parking Deck, on the Fairfax Campus).
