Crime Prevention Services

A full-time University Police officer serves as a crime prevention officer, and conducts orientation sessions for new students, new employees, housing coordinators, and resident assistants on safety procedures and alcohol and drug awareness. Throughout the year, this officer and other police representatives are available to speak to interested groups of students, faculty, and staff on topics including sexual assault, dating safety, theft prevention, personal security, victim services, and alcohol and drug awareness.
